Dragons and Vampires

A quick and simple compatibility mod for Dragon Survival and Vampirism.

Essentially anytime Vamprisim goes to see if you can join a faction, it checks if you're a dragon and tells it no if you are. Makes dragons immune to becoming a vampire, or a werewolf if you use the werewolves addon. And when you try to use a dragon altar with Dragon survival, it checks if you are in a vampirism faction and blocks the action if you are.
