The Initial Throw: You throw your first splash potion manually.
The Heart Check: The mod instantly queries your client-side health data.
If your health is above 6 hearts (12 HP), the mod stays idle to prevent wasting potions.
If your health is at or below 6 hearts (12 HP), the Double-Pot sequence triggers automatically.
The Instant Chain: It silently shifts your hotbar selection to the next available healing potion via packet injection and forces a near-instant second throw.
The Result: You automatically get an instant, frame-perfect double heal when you are in critical danger, but you won't accidentally burn through two potions if you only needed a small health top-off.
