Head Track adds head-tracking support through OpenTrack UDP data. It lets compatible tracking software drive the in-game camera and player head pose.
Features
- Receives OpenTrack-style UDP head pose data, using port
4242by default - Applies tracked yaw, pitch, and roll to the camera and rendered player head
- Supports optional camera translation for 6DoF-style movement
- Includes hybrid and independent head/crosshair modes
- Can limit tracked rotation, adjust sensitivity, and freeze tracking while menus are open
- Syncs tracked head poses between players when the mod is installed on the server

Use any head-tracking tool that can output OpenTrack UDP data to 127.0.0.1:4242, for instance:
