Removes the vanilla 4 tick delay when placing a block by holding down right click.

Neoforge support
Neoforge support works using Sinytra Connector and Forgified Fabric API it has not been fully tested and my have issues if you encounter any please report them on the mods github.
Disabling
If you are a Server Owner you can disable the mod by putting the mod into your servers mod folder.
