Which build do you need?

This mod ships a separate file for every mod loader and every version of the game. Pick both, then download — the wrong build installs fine and then does nothing in the game.

I don't know my version or loader
Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.

I've recently played minecraft with the Enchancement mod and fell in love with the ability to have tools that never break!

But! I've had problems including the mod into modpacks — either because of incompatibility or just mod loader issues — especially in versions of 1.21.1, and yet I wanted eternal tools.

So I decided to make a simple datapack that adds the minecraft:unbreakable component to all items in your hand, offhand and armor slots whenever some item changes durability.

I've tested it in 1.21.1, 1.21.5 and 26.1.2, but I imagine that any other version within that range will work!

If there is any item that is loosing durability and the datapack is not adding the minecraft:unbreakable component — like items on trinkets/curios/accessories slots — then just put that item on your offhand and cause any item on your mainhand to loose durability.
