Adds a new command, /maxcursedfate [playername]. Instantly maxes out that players level, innate, CE, melee, weapon, and unlocks RCT and binding vows.
Intended for server owners.
I mostly made this mod just cuz I was annoyed with having to type out the whole long command every time I wanted to test an addon CT.
