Craft a Wire Bread with some Wires and bread.
Find a Circuit. (only works on fleeing ones I think)
Congrats, you now have your own pet Circuit!

You can:

Feed it more Wire Bread
Dye the Hand Collar
Pet it
Idk what else (I gen forgot)
