Fixes the Punch, Power and Flame enchantments having no effect on the potato cannon (as reported in issue #8030).
With this fix, a properly enchanted Potato Cannon with well selected ammo is the beast it should always have been.
Does not fix the other vanilla enchantement issues present with Create gear.
