Couldn't find a mod to change villager trade offers in Forge 1.20.1, so I made my own. Just use the give command to get the trader wand, right-click a villager, and easily edit their trades from top to bottom.

Villager Trade Edit is a free Minecraft Java mod. Compatible with Minecraft 1.20.1. Downloaded 167 times (via Modrinth). Download it and open it directly in the game.
