Commands
/maputils lightning_bolt_effect coordinates <x> <y> <z>- Strikes an effect-only lightning bolt at given coordinates/maputils lightning_bolt_effect entity <entity>- Strikes an effect-only lightning bolt at given entity's coordinates/maputils bypass <command>- Runs provided command with permission level specified in the config. Disabled by default

- Disable or enable any of the commands above.
- Specify permission level used by the bypass command (4 by default)
