Realistic Needs adds a simple thirst mechanic to Minecraft. You now need to manage your hydration alongside your hunger.

Features:
- Thirst Meter: Adds a water bar right above your hunger bar.
- Dehydration: Hitting zero thirst will deal continuous damage until you drink.
- Thirst Effect: A custom negative status effect that drains your hydration much faster.
Items & Mechanics:
- Giant Bottle: A new container used to store larger amounts of water.
- Giant Water Bottle: Can be filled at any water source and has 8 uses before turning back into an empty bottle.
- Hand Drinking: If you don't have a bottle, you can drink directly from any water source with an empty hand.
