Mod Dependency Exporter is a utility mod for NeoForge modpacks that helps players, pack makers, and developers export and inspect mod dependency relationships in a clear and readable way.

With a simple in-game command, this mod generates dependency reports for the current modpack, allowing you to see which mods require other mods, which library mods are used by multiple mods, and which mods have multiple prerequisites.

Instead of only showing a plain mod list, Mod Dependency Exporter builds a structured dependency map and exports it into several practical formats:

• moddeps.html — easy-to-read browser page
• moddeps.json — structured data for storage or further processing
• moddeps.dot — Graphviz-compatible dependency graph
• moddeps-summary.txt — quick summary report

The exported HTML report supports both English and Simplified Chinese layouts. It also includes explanations for common dependency terms such as Required, Optional, Incompatible, and Discouraged, making it easier to understand the meaning of each dependency type.

To keep the graph clean, common system nodes such as minecraft and neoforge are filtered out by default, since nearly every mod depends on them.

This mod is especially useful for large modpacks, dependency troubleshooting, pack documentation, and sharing modpack structure with other players or developers.
