Create: Tools Crusher
Has this ever happened to you? You finally build your first crushing wheels and realizes your old iron tools are on the verge of breaking.
Having an iron farm and not wanting to waste EXP in an anvil, you naturally assume the crushing wheels can crush your tools back to a bunch of iron you can reuse. After all, even the furnace can do that!
And when you throw your sword into the wheels, you realize that nope, there's no such recipes.
HAS THIS EVER HAPPENED TO YOU?
Overview
This Create addon adds a bunch of recipes for the crushing wheels (and the millstone) allowing you to crush many of the tools you don't use anymore.
Such tools include:
- Pickaxe, shovel, ax, hoe and sword of all types
- Bow
- Crossbow
- Fishing rod
- Brush
- Flint and steel
- Mace
- Shears
- Shield
- Trident
- Wrench
- Bucket
It also changes* the recipe of crushing obsidian to turn it into crying obsidian while still giving you obsidian powder.
* actually, the recipe from this addon just takes priority over the default one. It still exists and can still be seen in JEI. I don't know how to deal with that
Fair warning
I honestly created this addon for myself on a whim at 3am while playing modded Minecraft. I'm not really planning on expending on the idea, if there's even something to expand on unless I notice it myself while playing.
If you magically came across this addon, hello, have a choco milk.
