Smart Ladder is a lightweight, client-side utility mod designed to make building and climbing in Minecraft more controlled and comfortable. Tired of sliding down ladders or accidentally falling off when looking around? This mod is for you.
Features:
Sticky Mode: When enabled, you will "stick" to ladders and vines. If you stop moving, you stay exactly where you are instead of sliding down.
Toggleable: Use a customizable keybind (Default: X) to switch Sticky Mode on or off instantly.
Smart Input: Press W to climb up, or S to descend safely without the risk of moving backwards and falling off the ladder.
Actionbar Feedback: A clean, non-intrusive message above your hotbar tells you when the mod is ON or OFF.
Safety First: Fall distance is reset while sticking, protecting you from accidental death.
How to use:
Climb any ladder or vine.
Press X (default) to toggle the stickiness.
