SatisfyingMC
As the name suggests, makes minecraft a lot more satisfying. Mobs will ragdoll on death, some caves echo, items appear on anvils and enchanting tables…

Use with Tissou's Zombie Pack, Fresh Animations, and Scary Spider texture packs (TZP on the bottom, Fresh in the middle, and Scary on top) for the best experience. This modpack also includes: Farsighted Mobs, Improved Mobs, and Spiders 2.0. So you still get a pretty good experience when fighting mobs. This modpack also has Enhanced Visuals, which has blood/gore, so if you need to, remove it.
This modpack could cause nausea/dizziness for some people, if you need to remove Real Camera, and Do a Barrel Roll, go ahead and do that.
An addon to the summary: This modpack provides very satisfying features such as being able to place fences diagonally, food actually being eaten when you eat it, this technically isnt a feature but you can actually use most optifine texture packs with this, when you swap to items in your hotbar it plays a sound depending on the item, leaves fall from trees, idk if this counts as satisfying but there are different seasons, when you hit a mob, instead of that mob alone running away, the entire group/herd runs away, jumping over fences, tooltips are now very epic, villagers with trades will be marked along with what trades they have, mobs show their current hp above them in a very unobtrusive way, nether portals will now leak nether into the overworld, and there are now a lot more animations.
The shader I recommend the most to play with this is Kappa, however Sildur's is a great substitute for this.
