If using this pack in singleplayer, make sure to set the world type to Survival Island during world creation in order to generate the mostly-sea terrain!

This pack was created for a server in which the balloons from Eureka! are disabled. If you wish to replicate the intended experience then it's reccomended to use this datapack to disable the recipes for balloons.

About this Pack

This modpack is all about taking on a new challenge in a world where little land remains. There is mostly ocean with occasional islands of varying shape and size. Focused around the Valkyrien Skies, Eureka!, and Create mods, you can utilise the power of advanced machinery whilst sailing the vast seas on your trusty vessel that you constructed yourself, built with friends, or perhaps even made using a natual shipwreck you repaired!

This modpack is based on the Fabric modloader and utilises many performance mods including but not limited to:
Sodium
Lithium
FerriteCore
Starlight

With the combined power of all these fantastic mods, it should be smooth sailing ;) running this pack on any halfway-decent pc

This pack also provides the ability to use shaders using the wonderful Iris mod! Make your travels across the seven seas seven times more beautiful!

About the String Island Network

The String Island Network is a Minecraft server ran by Longing String in an attempt to take the concept of Sea of Thieves, and use it as a base idea for a fun Minecraft server where players can sail around on large ships, plunder loot, and explore a vast plethora of unique islands. All whilst allowing players the freedom Minecraft offers, letting players construct their ships in whatever way they see fit, building bases on land or in the sea, or utilising other fun mods such as Create to make advanced contraptions!
