About 4 months ago, my friends and I started a Minecraft server with a bunch of vanilla+ mods. It was super fun, but a lot of stuff was buggy. So I decided to make a proper vanilla-style modpack and post it to Modrinth. That way, my friends and I could enjoy it. And we have been ever since! The modpack has gone through a LOT of updates since the original release. I'm always adding new content to keep the gameplay fresh.

Performance Info

It is recommended to dedicate 4GB - 6GB of RAM for the best experience. However, if you don't play singleplayer, and are just joining a server, 2GB of RAM can work.

If you have a lower-end PC and are struggling to run the modpack, a super optimized version of the modpack will release sometime soon after the 4.0 update drops. Join the Discord server if you want to keep up with that.

You can also host the modpack on a server so that your computer doesn't have to work as hard (see below)

Known Issues

• There's a longtime bug with horses where, when looking down at water or entities through a horse, they will be invisible. If you aren't running shaders, this can be fixed by just changing your graphics to Fabulous. With shaders, I can't seem to find a fix. It's unclear if this will ever be fixed. I'll try to set out some time to talk to the dev and see if it's possible to fix at all.
• Visual Workbench causes smithing tables and fletching tables generated in structures to have the crafting table UI. It isn't game breaking. If you pick the block up and place it back down it will have the correct UI.
• Hammers are unaffected by the Sturdy enchantment.
• Trimmable Tools doesn't support applying More Armor Trims patterns to tools. It doesn't crash when you apply them, it just doesn't display anything. The dev is not interested in adding compatibility due to the large amount of new texturing required, so maybe something for me to do myself at some point. (Update 4.0 to Vanilla Ultimate will patch this)
• Bshrines enchantments don't have descriptions (I tried to get the descriptions set up before 3.0.0 release, but for some reason it just wouldn't work. Hoping to get it fixed within the next few updates)
• If you have recipes pinned in the crafting table, you will crash when opening a smithing table. Very odd bug, but it has been reported and should be fixed soon.
• The extra variants of prismarine blocks added by Stoneworks can't activate a conduit when used instead of the vanilla variants. The list of blocks that can activate conduits appears to be hardcoded by Mojang.
• the modpack creator is very stupid so he keeps messing stuff up (though not recently)

• 3D Skin Layers - Replaces the usually flat second layer of player skins with a 3d modeled version.
• Additional Structures - This mod adds ~200 new small and medium sized structures into the game to expand your world!
• AdoraBuild: Structures - Adds 100 new structures like houses, castles, temples, hidden treasures, etc. to enhance the world exploration. Generated structures are biome specific and fit perfectly into the environment.
• Advancement Plaques - Replaces those boring, anti-climactic advancement popups with fancy glowing plaques.
