Hypno's Infection Pack is a modpack based around Fight or Die: Mutations that adds a parasite mechanic to the world. It's difficult at first but becomes manageable as long as you adapt and stay vigilant. Many other features are also included for immersion and to make the experience more terrifying.

The mod works great in singleplayer, and should run fine on servers as long as a couple client mods are disabled; details below. The mod was designed with multiplayer in mind but there should be no differences running the game in singleplayer.
