Description
This modpack takes a different approach to the life and death mechanics, when you first die you will be faced with a choice, you can either become a demon and never truly die and be connected with soul and dark magics, or you can be a mortal aligning with more pure magic and vowing to destroy all evil.
The Quest line will be through advancements instead of through FTB quests like the last modpack was, the story will begin when you experience your first death and you will need to make a choice.
The Mortal
When you choose the mortal you will simply respawn like you normally would, but respawning has made you loose the knowledge of certain recipe's, recipe's you were not sure are of importance or not.
The Demon
Becoming a demon comes with many benefits, the first thing you will notice is the lack of a physical form, you are no longer bound to one body and can inhabit any body that does not contain a soul. The idea of hopping bodies does sound amazing but its not without its drawbacks, each time you take a host you will receive attrition which affects the hosts health.
