OptiPandora [Fabric] [No Sodium] includes mods like Noisium and FerriteCore to get higher fps and performance in Minecraft on devices where the Sodium mod is a pain. It also includes Continuity (Linked texture support), Entity Texture Features (adds more player and entity appearance features), Entity Model Features (adds support for Optifine's Custom Entity Models) mods for resource packs.
I plan on keeping this modpack as the basis for future fabric modpacks.
