Structure Essentials

Search Enhancements:

• Faster Structure Searches: Improves the speed of locating structures, reducing server lag spikes during actions like using treasure maps.
• Timeout for Structure Searches: Prevents long searches from crashing the server by setting configurable time limits.
• Configurable Search Distances: Adjust map search distance, global structure search distance and locate command distance.

Compatibility Enhancements:

• Spacing/Seperation Control: Adjust all structures distances requirements at once via config
• Structure Overlap: Set a minimum distance to other structures in the config to prevent overlap
• Automatic Structure biome compat: Automatically detects and adjusts structure spawning to include fitting biomes, enhancing compatiblity between structure and biome mods.
• Includes strictness control for biome similarity requirements.

Reliability Improvements:

• Fixes bad spacing/separation values that can cause crashes in some mods
• Enables optional debug logging for structure placement troubleshooting
• Allows removal/rename of structures without crashing
• Prevents legacy random source errors.

Command Utilities:

• /structureessentials getStructuresNearby - Lists nearby structures.
• /structureessentials getBiomeTags - Displays tags associated with a biome.
• /structureessentials getBiomesForTag - Shows biomes linked to a specific tag.
• /structureessentials getSimilarForBiome - Suggests similar biomes and tags for a given biome.
• /structureessentials showGenerationTimes - Lists structures and features by time taken during worldgen

Requires Cupboard dependency to be installed in newer versions

All settings are fully configurable, allowing fine-tuning for performance and gameplay balance:

• structureSearchTimeout: Set maximum search time for structures
  • useFastStructureLookup: Toggle faster structure searches
  • spacingSeparationModifier: Adjust structure spawn density
  • autoBiomeCompat: Automatically handle biome-structure compatibility
• disableLegacyRandomCrashes: Prevents crashes with legacy random cause

No known incompatibilities, should work fine with any mod.

Not required to be installed on both client and server, most features affect the server(also internal server in singleplayer)
