A modpack created for server that is governed by democracy

This modpack was designed for a private Minecraft server where players vote each month on which patch to add next.

What is a patch?

Patch - one of three collections of mods of a certain theme(for example world generation or combat update) for which players will be able to vote in Discord

Is there a launcher here?

It would be soon, but it is the secret

What language is the server actually in?

At the moment only russian, but as the project grows, we will add Ukrainian and English.
