Overview

Here is a modpack I have been working on and use almost all the time. It doesn't require a supercomputer to run but with the default settings it may run a little slow on most computers, however, the mods selected enable massive performance improvements with a big range of settings options.

It is a lightweight modpack to heavily optimize the game with a variety of QoL and graphical improvements.

Key features:

• Music: I love the minecraft music and when it takes centre stage of random moments when in game. Now with the music notification (not present in current release) and more regular but not too often random music, it really helps add ambience into any play session.
• Shader Performance: The main reason for all performance mods are to allow for the use of great shaders whilst running the game at high FPS.

This Modpack is based off Simply Optimised.

Updating Tips

Please remember to BACKUP YOU INSTANCE BEFORE UPDATING. This can help in multiple ways. If your configs didn't transfer over, just use the backup to copy the config folder and options.txt files from the previous version (this should work well but check any change log notices if a version has any incompatibilities with old version config files or if the new version includes some major settings tweaks). It will also help if something goes wrong; you don't want to lose your saves!

I have added a config control mod, so if you ever wish t5o go back to my configuration of the pack just delete all files and directories in the config directory except for the yosbr directory.

Server Support

The majority of mods are compatible with all servers as they are client side mods only. However, there are a selection of server side performance mods as well as some QoL changes that will only be active if on a compatible server.
