Definitely Vanilla + is (obviously) a vanilla+ mod that adds various little things to make minecraft better, withought making it too flooded with new features and itens, and if you still find it difficult, we have at the right side of the inventory the mod JEI to help in your journey.

- Better nether & end: overhalls the entire nether and end dimensions to make it better
