On the CivLabs server, you are not required to use any mods. However, some are recommended to use, due to their function.

Recommended Mods: This list is intended for use with the Fabric Modloader Mod Management Fabric API (Required for most mods to work) Cloth Config API (Config Screen API used by lots of mods) Mod Menu (Adds a list of mods you have installed) Text Placeholder API (Required library) Optimization Sodium (Optimization mod) Lithium (Another optimization mod) Entity Culling (Optimizes entity loading) Communication Simple Voice Chat - THE ONLY OFFICIALLY RECOMMENDED MOD Sound Physics Remastered (Enhances your sound experience, works well with Simple Voice Chat) Chat Heads (Makes chat messages show the head of the person talking - very useful for text chat) Better Tab (Enhances your tab list) YetAnotherConfigLib (Yet another config library, what else did you expect?)
