This pack adds connected textures for lots of different blocks, making the transition between them a lot smoother.
Attention! This pack requires Optifine for Vanilla/Forge users or Continuity for Fabric users!
This pack also may cause chunk update lags!
To reduce lags, recommend to set "Connected textures" setting to Fast.
