A pack that gives some mobs custom weapons from Minecraft Dungeons!. Free Minecraft Java resourcepack for 1.21.5, 1.21.6, 1.21.7.

Which Minecraft do you have?

Every version of the game needs its own build. Pick yours, then download — the wrong build installs fine and then does nothing in the game. This mod is built for Resource pack only.

I don't know my version or loader
Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.

This custom items pack gives some mobs custom weapons from Minecraft Dungeons!

A completely visual-only change that adds more variety to the equipment held by mobs.

This pack can work in completely vanilla Minecraft which means OptiFine is NOT required.

 

Mobs that get custom weapons include:

-Bows held by Strays are changed to "Nocturnal Bows"

-Bows held by Bogged are changed to "Hunter's Promise" Bows

-Bows held by Parched are changed to "Trick Bows"

-Stone Swords held by Wither Skeletons are changed to "Broadswords"

-Iron Swords held by Husks are changed to "Soul Knives"

-Iron Swords held by Vex are changed to "Daggers"

-Iron Spears held by Husks are changed to "Glaives"

-Iron Axes held by Vindicators are changed to the Minecraft Dungeons Axe design

-Golden Axes held by Piglin Brutes are changed to "Firebrand" Axes

-Crossbows held by Piglins are changed to "Pride of the Piglins" Crossbows

-Golden Swords held by Piglins are changed to "Cutlasses"

-Golden Spears held by Piglins are changed to "Grave Bane"

 

This even applies to mobs that don't spawn with certain weapons naturally like:

-Iron Axes held by Drowned are changed to "Anchors"

-Bows held by Wither Skeletons are changed to "Red Snake" Bows
