*This pack is (in theory!) compatible with all Minecraft versions 1.13+ and maybe even earlier... BUT! I only tested it for the versions promoted on this page and won't fix problems on older versions!
Installation
Download the texturepack
Drag it into your resource pack folder
Either via .minecraft -> resourcepacks
Or ingame via [ESC] -> Options -> Resourcepacks -> Open Folder...
Activate the texture pack

Rename the item in an anvil
