Medieval Expansion primarily aims to change the vanilla armour model and texture, as well as weapons to fit a more realistic medieval look. All you need to do is grab the armour piece or weapon you're wanting to change and place it in an anvil and rename it. The full list is inside the resource pack folder.
You will need JsonEM and Chime for this to work!
