Adds an outline to Ancient Debris and halves netherrack mining particles to make Netherite mining easier.
Additionally:
- Nether Portals become more transparent to allow seeing what's behind them
- Netherwart gets a more visual last stage to know when to harvest them
- Soulsand Valleys are easier to traverse due to clearer Soul Sand and Soul Soil distinction.
- Netherrack is brighter.
- Quartz and Nether Gold Ore get an outline.
