Simple PvP/Utility pack that changes some in-game items

- Lower Shield
- Low/Small Swords
- Clear Water (from above)

- Smaller Utilities (totems for now. I'll readd Smaller Utilities later)
- Explosion Particle Removal
- Ore Outliner
- Low Fire

I plan to (maybe) add more versions, but currently there are only 1.20 - 1.21 versions.
