The liquids in quake are really mesmerizing, the simple warping technique has held the test of time and caught my interest.

Older Minecraft Versions
While this project is marked for versions at and above 1.20, it can be used as far back as 1.13. Minecraft will simply complain that the resourcepack is made for a newer version, it'll work fine.
