Why does the vanilla doors and trapdoors don't have shadows, don't have side textures, neither are 3D? That is lazy!

Ugh, why the doors and trapdoors holes aren't real 3D?!
This Resource Pack makes so that Doors and Trapdoors have truly 3D holes, also adding new side textures, turning on Ambient Occlusion and improving inventory icons, trying to not get away with the vanilla style.
- Enables Ambient Occlusion;
- Improves the model, making they hollow instead of flat;
- Adds new side textures and reuses the material textures in certain parts:
- For doors, new top, bottom and inside textures using the same material type;
- For trapdoors, new side textures and inside textures.
