Ok, so I admit this isn't my best work. For starters the moon isn't centered, and all the vanilla Minecraft stars disappeared. But this texture pack is less of a final product and more of a template. So feel free to make a better one! I have tested this multiple times and it has worked 7 times out of 10.
If you do manage to make a better pack out of this, let me know. I'd love to see it!
