On the Unstable SMP, the Northern Council's dining area is seen at the beginning of Parrot's video, I Survived the Unstable SMP Purge. This resource pack turns the menu panorama into the Northern Council's dining area.
I used the map from this video to make this panorama and I used Panorama Screenshot to take the screenshots and format them easily.
