adds music from Voices of the Void (votv) to the times of day (and other things)
the mod isnt as fine grained as id like so the sunrise/sunset themes get clobbered almost immediently by the day/night themes. maybe ill make a PR for those
also i cant specify music for specific bosses so theres the jank assumption that the ender dragon is the only boss ever fought there (and thus only ever gets her own theme) :/
uses both the old and new time of day tracks. lmk if i should change it to only use the new ones or have them be a rare chance
