Changes the textures of TBC to fit with how the programmer art textures looked, even the ones with BARELY visible changes. Intended to be used with PACP continuation project (https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/pacp) for the best experience, should still fit with most programmer art packs as long as they arent TOO ancient.
