Sapphic Pride Flag Hearts (Tricolor)
Replaces the default Minecraft Hearts with a Sapphic Pride Flag Hearts (Tricolor).
Includes hardcore, blinking, and half heart variants. Does not change heart types applied by status effects or the environment (Wither, Absorption, Freezing, etc.).

Installation
Download and place into your resourcepacks folder. (Only works in versions 1.21.1 and later)
