Replaces the default Minecraft Hearts with a Transgender Pride Flag Hearts (Tricolor Vertical).
Includes hardcore, blinking, and half heart variants. Does not change heart types applied by status effects or the environment (Wither, Absorption, Freezing, etc.).

Installation
Download and place into your resourcepacks folder. (Only works in versions 1.21.1 and later)
