A few years ago I tried making this as pack as a subsitute for connected texture mods not being updated. But learned the glass block did not support semi transprent textures even though the stained glass blocks did. I reported it as a bug, but it was marked as "working as intented" within a few days. In 26.1-Snapshot-7 they changed the block model format to allow all blocks to have transparent textures
