Smooth animated experience bar with a subtle light wave effect. Only the progress layer is animated, keeping the HUD clean, minimal, and visually alive without changing gameplay. Works on horses. Too.
Compatible with most GUI resource packs. Make sure this pack is placed above others for the animation to work correctly.
