Optimized MiniHUD Moon Translations

This resource pack fixes the issue where, when using the dateFormatMinecraft option in MiniHUD with Simplified Chinese language and invoking the {MOON} placeholder, a Format error: is displayed. Additionally, this resource pack optimizes the display logic for moon phase trends—during full moons and new moons, the moon phase has reached its extreme, and the trend no longer rises or falls, so a "-" is used instead of "↑" or "↓" to indicate a flat trend.
