Adds cat pokemon to cobblemon.

Implemented:

Skitty: non-freezing villages and cherry biomes (more common at night, non-raining)
Delcatty: non-freezing villages and cherry biomes (more common at night, non-raining)
Glameow: villages (more common at night)
Purugly: villages (more common at night)
Espurr: the end
Meowstic: the end
Zeraora: badlands and forests
Stunky: Swamps (more common at night)
Skuntank: Swamps (more common at night)
Litleo: Savanna, badlands and jungles
Pyroar: Savanna, badlands and jungles
Spoink: Plains, crimson and warped forests
Grumpig: Plains, crimson and warped forests

Older Versions (Removed in 1.5.1):

Purrloin: Jungles, savannas and deserts (more common at night)
Liepard: Jungles, savannas and deserts (more common at night)
