As of release 1.3 of the Cobblemon mod for Minecraft 1.19.2, Buizel and Floatzel are not yet officially in the game. This is a resource pack that adds models and animations for these Pokemon, as well as a datapack that adds spawn pools for them to appear naturally in areas with water. To install, Put Buizel_and_Floatzel.zip in both your resourcepacks folder and your save's datapacks folder.
