This datapack edits every single Pokemon* in Cobblemon to learn their full moveset at level 100. This unlocks all TM, Egg, and Tutor moves for battling and competitive purposes. Enjoy!
Hopefully, this will be outdated soon enough and be overtaken by official implementation of TMs, Egg Moves, and Tutor move learning. But for now, this is the best we got! Happy battling.
*Mew does not work with Expanded Movesets, sorry.
