You can find uranium rods in end city cests used to craft useful and dangerous items.
All items here have to be dropped together to craft because normal crafting doesn't work with custom datapack items hopefully they add something for that soon

Each item use:
Every utility item gives you -2 hearts in return for a powerful buff.
Uranium Claw:
Greatly increases attack and block reach
Uranium Heart:
Permanant regeneration
Uranium Node:
Disables all negative effects all the time
Uranium Prosthesis:
Increases attack and mining speed
Nuclear Bomb:
How to Install
Download datapack and resource pack and put them into the respective folders
Might work on versions other than 1.21.10 but thats the only one it's tested on
