Displays players' hearts under their name. Works with half hearts and yellow (absorption) hearts too. Optimized to the max

Displays the life hearts of all players below their names. Also displays half hearts and yellow hearts (absorb effect when eating a golden or enchanted apple). Half hearts are shown in a darker color because there is no half heart emoji.
