CJ's Balanced Woodcutter

by CJRVWilliams · on Modrinth

Balanced recipes in the woodcutter for breaking down woods, hyphae, and bamboo to their various products. Free Minecraft Java datapack for 1.21.9…

Which build do you need?

This mod ships a separate file for every mod loader and every version of the game. Pick both, then download — the wrong build installs fine and then does nothing in the game.

I don't know my version or loader
Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.

About this Pack

This pack allows you to break down woods, hyphaes, and bamboo, into its product blocks, at slightly higher rates than the crafting table allows through the stonecutter.

Other Packs

This is part of a series of packs I have written to help make non-renewable resources renewable within minecraft, as well as improve the crafting experience for the player. They are availbe ala cart so that they can be incorporated as each player desires. Check out the rest below:

FAQs

Can I get this for a snapshot version?

YES! I don't normally release snapshot versions online, but if you'd like to get this datapack/mod made for a specific snapshot or maintained for snapshot versions, please join the discord and let me know!

Why is JEI an optional dependency for the fabric mod loader version, and can I use another Items Interface?

By default modded recipies are not added into the recipie book, and are therefore not displayed. JEI allows these recipies to be viewed in an visual user interface. You can replace JEI with whatever your preferred recipie viewing interface is.
