Craftable Totems

by StaticLabs · on Modrinth

Now you can have unlimited lives. Totems are craftable with golden apples. Free Minecraft Java datapack for 26.1, 26.1.1.

Which build do you need?

This mod ships a separate file for every mod loader and every version of the game. Pick both, then download — the wrong build installs fine and then does nothing in the game.

I don't know my version or loader
Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.

Tired of raiding every Woodland Mansion just for a chance at a Totem of Undying?

This lightweight mod/datapack introduces a lore-friendly, yet challenging, crafting recipe to make the most valuable item in Minecraft renewable for your long-term survival world.

The Totem of Undying is now craftable using: 8 Golden Apples: The sweet, life-giving essence of the overworld, representing a significant investment of gold and time.

1 Ghast Tear: A hard-won prize from the Nether, symbolizing a moment of survival and the distilled sadness of the ghast.

This recipe balances rare and valuable resources from multiple dimensions, ensuring the Totem remains a precious item without being a non-renewable grind. Perfect for builders, redstone engineers, and dedicated survivalists who want a more predictable path to immortality!
