Vanilla Advancement Precisions

Which Minecraft do you have?

Every version of the game needs its own build. Pick yours, then download — the wrong build installs fine and then does nothing in the game. This mod is built for Data pack only.

⬇ Download for 26.1.1–26.1.2⬇ Download for 26.1⬇ Download for 1.21–1.21.11⬇ Download for 1.20–1.20.6
I don't know my version or loader
Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.

Compatibility

Vanilla Advancement Precisions is a server-side data pack for Minecraft Java Edition. In multiplayer, only the server or world owner needs to install it; players can join with an unmodified client.

Advancement data formats and requirements can change between Minecraft releases. Always download the file matching your game version from the Versions tab.

Installation

  1. Download the version of Vanilla Advancement Precisions made for your Minecraft version.
  2. Open your world's folder, then open the datapacks folder.
  3. Place the downloaded .zip file inside.
  4. Join the world, or run /reload if the world is already open.

A confirmation message will appear in chat when the data pack loads successfully.

For a new single-player world, you can also select More → Data Packs during world creation and add the downloaded file there.

Uninstallation

Before removing the data pack, run:

/function vanilla_advancement_precisions:uninstall
